Sepia Baker, President
She has over twenty years in business, curriculum and program development. With
a specific emphasis of programs to eliminate Disproportionality for school age
children beginning in 1985, with a personal and business development program
for high school and middle school students at south end and central area schools.
Sepia’s contribution to the development of educational content include: personal
coaching, Finishing Touches for the Family workshop, Rediscover Your Life
seminars, and Affirmative Action for Life workshop and program updates. She has
facilitated thousands of home study participants and is an international speaker,
workshop leader and facilitator Her special emphasis on working with at-risk
populations has proved valuable for many communities nationwide. She
specializes in developing practical approaches to social skills building, personal,
professional and leadership development.
Brenda Charles, Program Director
She has over twenty years of experience with major airlines as a marketing
executive. She has been a private consultant for over twelve years in assisting
agencies and individuals in building positive images for their company. She
specialized in finding the right coach for identifiable problems within schools or
corporate settings.
Robert York Ph.D- Leadership/Transformation Coach
He has over twenty-five years of experience in using data to change and modify
corporate structures, joined the Academy for Leadership and Transformation in
2001. He has taught at City University in the Executive Masters Management and
Leadership Program. He has been sole owner of Covenant Consulting, focusing
on organization and leadership transformation, organization redesign, and
dysfunctional group behavior. He has worked with a myriad of government
agencies and private entities. He holds a PhD. from the Fielding Institute in Human
and Organization Systems, a Masters in Applied Behavior Science from the
Leadership Institute Of Seattle, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of
Puget Sound in Accounting.
