    The focus is on practitioner implementation and maintenance of systemic
    process of teaching and learning for gender separate education.

    Question guidelines:
    Are we considering gender separate classes based on a participatory decision making
    process after studying the available research?

    Has the staff bought into a gender separate concept and are we ready to proceed and
    need further development?

    Are we considering gender separate education for our school and would like a
    complete series of staff development activities inclusive of the current brain research?

    Are we presently satisfied with our current gender separate piloted
    classrooms/schools? Do we desire to build a customize system based on our on
    positive experience?   

This 10 week program focuses on awareness of self, conflict resolution, peer mediation,
positive personal behavioral traits, small step goal setting, stress relief through art & breathing,
quiet mind time and self acceptance. Easy to learn tools and techniques are introduced and
practiced by using weekly positive principles. Students are empowered by learning to
center/balance themselves, visualize, affirm positive choices and release what they learn by
sharing it with others in their environment. The skills developed in the program will empower
them in everyday life and build individual self confidence to assure improved social and
academic performance. Parent participation is required.

A literacy based poetry curriculum targeting direct writing
assessment state standards for schools. The focus is on
character transformation by applying contextual learning and
teaching. This fun and intensive course is custom designed
for the individual or group participant

    A series of four mini- workshops will prepare the participants
    to approach their position with greater confidence and
    preparation. Working with other support staff will strengthen
