This 10 week program focuses on awareness of self, conflict resolution, peer mediation, positive personal behavioral traits, small step goal setting, stress relief through art & breathing, quiet mind time and self acceptance. Easy to learn tools and techniques are introduced and practiced by using weekly positive principles. Students are empowered by learning to center/balance themselves, visualize, affirm positive choices and release what they learn by sharing it with others in their environment. The skills developed in the program will empower them in everyday life and build individual self confidence to assure improved social and academic performance. Parent participation is required. |
